I honestly think we lucked out by being able to secure Eric's place for our trip. Eric was an absolute delight to rent from. His property is also very well-kept and in a prime location. Eric was VERY ACCOMMODATING to a few requests including early check-in since the property was available that day. We were in a bind due to Typhoon Lan and unfortunately had to leave a day early. Eric, with no hesitation, was willing to give us a refund for that final day. The experience felt like he kept us in his thoughts our entire trip and made sure we were taken care of.
